Purity and Vibrancy of Friuli
Pinot Bianco
Orzaia’s Pinot Bianco is a tribute to finesse and expressive purity. Made from grapes harvested in early September and cultivated using the double Guyot system on medium-textured soils rich in gravel, it stands out for its perfect balance of freshness, structure, and minerality.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve the varietal aromas, followed by aging in steel tanks to maintain its vibrancy and clarity. The color is a light, bright straw yellow.
On the nose, it reveals a delicate yet persistent profile, with notes of ripe yellow fruit—peach and melon—and a subtle, elegant mineral vein. On the palate, it is fresh and agile, with well-integrated acidity that balances the structure, making it smooth yet far from ordinary. The finish is harmonious, with a gentle savoriness that invites another sip. Best served at 12°C. A modern, versatile white that combines immediacy with depth.
