Prosecco DOC Brut
Orzaia’s Prosecco DOC Brut is a fine and elegant sparkling wine, crafted for those who love freshness without giving up complexity. Made from 100% Glera grapes grown on gravel-rich soils and harvested in early September, it is vinified at controlled temperatures to preserve the varietal aromas.
The second fermentation takes place using the long Charmat method, with about five months of aging in autoclave, enhancing its fragrance and ensuring a fine, persistent mousse. The wine shows a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers such as wisteria and acacia. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with vibrant acidity and a light savory note that creates perfect balance.
The perlage is continuous, delicate, and pleasant. Versatile and refined, it’s best served between 6–8°C, making it the perfect companion for any occasion worth celebrating in style.
