Freshness and Personality of Friuli
Our Sauvignon DOC expresses all the vivacity and elegance of one of Friuli’s most prized grape varieties. Grown on medium-textured soils and harvested in early September, it is the result of meticulous vinification that preserves the variety’s characteristic aromatic heritage.
After gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold fermentation prior to pre-fermentation and is then fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel continues to maintain its freshness and enhance its aromatic expression.
It has a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas, where ripe tropical notes intertwine with Sauvignon’s characteristic vegetal notes, creating an elegant and harmonious profile.
On the palate, it is fresh and dynamic, with a pleasant savory finish that accompanies the sip and prolongs its persistence. A balanced and versatile wine, capable of winning over with its immediacy and refined personality.
